MECFORM - 120
Shoe stabilizing machine. The objective of thermal stabilization is to remove all the calories from the footwear received and accumulated during the assembly process. The cuirass, buttress, upper and sole are heated and may deform during the unmolding operation, as well as the bonding of the sole may be compromised. Through the thermal shock that the shoe suffers during the time it remains inside the thermal chamber, it is possible to cool the upper and sole materials, creating a shape memory for the shoe. The crystallization of the adhesive film starts to have its initial resistance increased by up to two to three times more. This process becomes indispensable in all modern production systems in which the aim is to reduce the work cycle, material turnover and physical space, bringing as a result a reduction in the need for working capital and agility in order delivery.
